Common sense guarantee policy
We guarantee all work with a common sense guarantee policy. You will expect all work to be carried out to a professional standard and the parts used suitable for your bicycle.
If you are not happy with any aspect of our work, we will make every reasonable effort to rectify the problem. You will need to contact us within five working days after your bike has been repaired to take advantage of the common sense guarantee.
Payment
Payment in full is required on completion of the work on your bicycle. Pay by cash, cheque or BACS.
Price list
All prices are for labour only. All parts used are of suitable quality for your bicycle, any upgrades of parts are mutually agreed before the work is carried out. There is no extra cost for collection and delivery of your bicycle, most simple repairs can be carried out at your home or place of work (You will need to get permission from your employer for us to attend on site)
Health and safety
You must provide a safe working environment for us to work, at your home or place of work. If no suitable environment is available, we can take your bicycle back to our workshop and return it free of charge.
Your bicycle will be taken back to our workshop to complete the basic, full and bike clean services. Please make sure your bike is presented in clean condition for us for any other repairs.
